Flavored and Blessed is a space rooted in faith, growth, and true strength. We believe that what you carry in your mind shapes everything. Mental health matters, and so does your resilience. Life will push you, but you were built to get back up and push forward 

As a single mom, student, and entrepreneur building a legacy, our team is tiny but mighty. Balancing a full plate means knowing exactly what it feels like to run on empty. If you know what that feels like, you are in the right place.

We created this business to show what is possible when you step out on faith, and to help everyday goal getters protect their peace. Every product you wear and every journal you write in is a reminder: keep going.

The Story Behind the Name

The true heart behind our name goes back to a small community group I was blessed to be a part of a special circle of women who showed me what real community looks like and became my ultimate support system through every high and low.

We originally called our circle Favored and Blessed, but a beautiful little typo changed everything. When "Favored" accidentally became "Flavored," I didn't see a mistake, we embraced it:

  • Flavored represented our diversity. We all came from completely different backgrounds, unique walks of life, and carried different stories. Our differences made our bond vibrant and beautiful.
  • Blessed was our common ground. No matter where we came from, we were brought together by God's grace to lift each other up.

Even though life transitions have taken some of us to new places, that sisterhood and community is still very much alive. Distance yes but it just spread it further. That love, strength, and community continues to anchor us, and it inspired me to build this space so I could pass it on to you. Life isn't perfect, but when you mix genuine support with a little flavor, it becomes something truly blessed.

  • Daily Mindfulness: Guided journals and faith-focused digital downloads to help you step away from the chaos and rebuild your future one step at a time 
  • Mental Health Awareness: We believe in breaking the stigma. Mental health matters for moms, for men, for kids, for all of us. Our apparel and community are designed to open conversations, normalize healing, and remind you that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
